Mercia Park, Swadlincote

Central Contractors Ltd was contracted by Winvic Construction Ltd to decorate and finish 9 industrial and warehouse buildings at Mercia Park, Swadlincote Derbyshire. The project consisted of a total of 6 units with two being further fitted out into logistics facilities a total of 25,000 m2 walls and ceilings. There was also 3 other DSV buildings with a total of over 10,000 m2 of painting to walls and ceilings.
