Central Contractors Ltd was contracted by Tanbry Construction Ltd to provide the internal decoation to new build housing development. The Warwick Road development consists of 32 homes. This includes a mixture of bungalows, 2-bed semi-detached homes and 3-bed semi-detached homes is located in Littlethorpe, Leicester.

Our scope of works involved:

  • Surface preparation
  • Decoration of internal walls and ceilings
  • Painting interior woodwork
  • Total of 32 House and bungalows
  • Onsite labour force of 3 men
  • Project duration – 14 Weeks
