Central Contractors Ltd was contracted by the main project contractor Winvic Construction Ltd to redecorate The Almere in Milton Keynes. This multi-room building comprises 294 high-quality one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Aubrey Place in the heart of the city centre.

Our scope of works involved:

  • Painting and Decorating
  • Paper Hanging
  • Specialist metal coating to handrail and balustrades
  • Total of 294 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments
  • 2 amenity’s areas
  • Over 150,000 m2 of walls and ceilings
  • Average onsite labour force of 15 men
  • Project duration – 9 months
