Central Contractors Ltd was contracted to redecorate The Shires in Moseley, Birmingham. The Shires is a luxury retirement village comprising of 72 1 and 2-bedroom apartments set within the beauty of its own communal gardens.

Our scope of works involved:

  • Painting and Decorating
  • Paper Hanging
  • Wood Panneling
  • Resin Floor Coating
  • Total of 72 1 and 3 bed apartments
  • Over 25,000 m2 of walls and ceilings
  • Average onsite labour force of 8 men
  • Project duration – 9 months
